I've been an LMSW for 20+yrs and specialize in Behavior Change, Empowerment-Based tools and Solution-Focused outcomes in multiple areas from unwanted habits to creating the future you didn't know was possible.

My life shifted drastically just prior to the pandemic. I found myself unable to live life the same way I had been living. I was overwhelmed, underresourced, binging on food and alcohol after work and couldn't imagine how to resolve the disconnect between what I loved to do - helping people and the harm I was experiencing and unfortunately, sometimes even causing as a result of the systems that I was working in.

Fast forward 5 years… I’ve left the healthcare board rooms (for now). I invested in myself personally and decided to uncover the causal factors of my behaviors. This journey has resulted in the creation of 2 businesses that provide meaning and purpose, authoring and publishing two books that serve the public, a Podcast that focuses on critical issues like Trauma and it's hidden costs and gained 7 additional certifications professionally. I’m still a Social Worker, but I’m no longer living in a hostage situation with my career. I have taken ownership and expanded my offerings to include over 10 webinars, courses and workbooks that focus on self-empowerment, behavior change and a DIY approach to building the life you deserve.

I offer Coaching to broaden the scope of my work, reach people who may be afraid and/or may not have had a great experience with 'therapy' and who need individualized support reaching their goals.
