About Me
As the Founder and Managing Director of FSC Group, Inc., I believe we can learn from our past while planning for the future.
My coaching success stems from my ability to partner with clients to find the best solutions within themselves. Having a passion and commitment to helping clients achieve substantial improvements in their work through high-energy coaching sessions and workshop facilitation allows me to achieve success through solution focused coaching.
Drawing from my extensive professional experiences, I offer Executive, Leadership and Team Coaching for clients who are striving for more and need leadership guidance to reach their top goals. I have had great success as an Organizational Strategic coach, partnering with organizations and entrepreneurs seeking to elevate their business to the next level of success. I offer customized training programs and workshops to enhance the learning and development successes of individuals or teams.
During my time in Corporate Canada I was regularly recognized for my successful sales results, then for the success of the teams I led. I hold my Professional Certified Coach certification, (PCC), am certified in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 (Emotional Quotation Inventory / Emotional Intelligence), and am a Change Management Practitioner. Since starting my Coaching Practice I've been nominated for RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year three times and am a sought out mentor through my private practice and the International Coaching Federation.
I approach life with the idea of no regrets, just being able to learn as much as possible. I truly believe that every step along the way has allowed me to grow and develop not only as an individual but also as a professional business woman. I look forward to supporting others in their journey of personal and professional growth as they strive to achieve their full potential.

Laurie is very professional, organized and always kept the focus of our sessions on me. She does a great job in coaching you through your challenges. She asks key questions that keeps you thinking which leads you to working out possible solutions or options.
