Hey I’m Lauren. I’ve been coaching for 5 years now. I help women figure out who the hell they are and then support them in making the necessary changes to live the life they desire.

I used to be a police officer and majorly lacked direction and purpose in life. I went through so many relationships, bought things every weekend I didn’t need. All because I had no idea who I was or what I wanted. I found my passion through coaching and truly live a life I love now. I have the most incredible partner, I earn my worth and I choose my time!
