About Me

I have two key specialties: working with neurodivergent thinkers and working with those wanting to achieve better performance, be that in sport, academia, or in their career. If you live in Dallas, you can meet with me in the office setting, or via walk and talk/outdoor seated coaching in nature. I also offer telehealth services through a HIPAA secure platform.

I believe in Temple Grandin's declaration, "I am different, not less." As a Certified Autism Specialist, I enjoy working with those who are neurodivergent thinkers, have an Autism or ADHD diagnosis, or who share traits with ASD/ADHD. My telehealth-based coaching practice aims for you to feel supported, respected, and guided to find your true potential. Are you wanting to raise the level of your personal ceiling of success? I have been working in the mental health field as a licensed therapist since 2017. Extending my work into the Performance Coaching field has brought me closer to my roots as an athlete and public policy professional. As a Big Ten swimmer and Phi Beta Kappa student-athlete, I was a 3X Olympic Trials qualifier, 2X Honorable Mention All-American, Team Captain, and Volunteer Assistant Coach.

I use pattern identification, values development, prioritization, goal setting, stress-reduction, and strength-building to help my clients. I see individuals ages 11 - 111 via telehealth.
