About Me

I am Lauren Moses, a passionate and dedicated life coach committed to empowering individuals to become who they aspire to be. I am a former Division I women’s basketball player, who earned a Bachelors degree in History from the University of Virginia and a Master’s in Journalism from the University of Maryland College Park. I have experience in setting lofty goals and high expectations for myself and not only accomplishing them, but also exceeding them.

I specialize in helping clients clarify what fulfills them, uncover their strengths, set realistic goals, and overcome obstacles that stand in the way. It’s important that I help clients embrace challenges and teach them how to enjoy the journey. Life isn’t linear, so we can’t look at the path to making our dreams a reality as a straight line either.

I believe in a holistic approach to life coaching, addressing various aspects of life including career, relationships, spiritual life, personal growth, health and well-being.

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions and lead lead workshops that are tailored for the clients’ needs, as well as write blog posts on my experiences as a coach and publish goal-setting and reflection journals to help anyone that is ready to begin an empowering journey towards personal growth, fulfillment and a life you love.
