About Me

I am a late diagnosed AuDHD, HSP women, who has lived the ups and downs of being Neurodivergent (ND) in a Neurotypical world. Coaching has allowed me to work with people who are facing similar challenges.

Creating a safe space where we can work together is critical to my method of working. We work through limiting beliefs, challenges and goal setting to move you forward and into a position of control.

I am currently researching the impact of trauma on executive function, memory and emotional regulation. Most of these impact ND people on a regular basis, as well as usually having some kind of trauma. If we can work through the emotions of the trauma, we may open the door do lessen the impact of dysregulation.
