About Me

I am a Life, Love, and Loss coach. I have been an anxiety and depression coach for almost 10 years. I have a wellness background that includes prescribing homeopathic remedies, flower essences, and essential oils for 10+ years. I have a direct and honest approach with my clients, a tender heart, and a fun sense of humor. I believe all things in life are manageable with the right tools and appropriate support.

After struggling with my own bouts of anxiety and depression, i made it my mission to help and educate as may people as i could with similar struggles. I was originally trained as an Esthetician. I worked in the spa industry for many years while attaining additional training in Aromatherapy, Energy and Bodywork, and Homeopathic Medicine. I eventually started my own practice and developed an anxiety and depression coaching program, which lead me to my current work as a full-time coach.

My goal as a coach is to be your teammate. We will discover your own tools to manage your life in the best way possible, that truly suits you. It is my goal that you continue to feel heard, supported, and walk away from our sessions together feeling empowered and capable to cope or change any situation you have brought to our discussion.

I love to connect with people. I love to hear your stories, offer love, sympathy and assistance through difficult times, celebrate the good times, and watch a more authentic person and life style unfold.
