As a lawyer and mother of two, I know all about the stresses of life and how hard it can be to see your way through the fog of daily living. However, I also believe that each one of us has a purpose in life, and when we are fulfilling it, true happiness and contentment can follow. When we know ourselves and our gifts, and we bring our work and lives into alignment with those gifts, life can be filled with joy and ease. When we are out of alignment with our true selves and our purpose, life is anything but easy.
I combine my well honed analytical brain with my sensitive intuition and training in Transformational Coaching, yoga, and meditation, to quickly and compassionately help you identify your best solutions.
