About Me

Laura Spiegel is the brainchild behind BodyMind Interactive, offering Solutions for Conscious Living. An award-winning Coach, she is gifted with an ability to assist in deep and meaningful personal transformation.

Laura is an ICF Master Certified Coach, Certified Erickson Professional Coach, Certified Mentor Coach as well as a Certified NLP Master Practitioner, Eye Movement Integration Therapist and Limbic Coach. She holds a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology as well as a certificate in Somatic Experiencing®, a body-oriented therapeutic approach. Laura was bestowed with the prestigious inaugural ICF Vancouver Chapter Impact Award in 2013, celebrating coaching excellence and transforming lives.

Laura has always been involved in the pursuit of excellence – in education, athletics, somatic experience and in life. In that process, she has learned about the structure of how we react, think, strategize and respond – to thoughts, images, sounds, sensations and emotions. As Deepak Chopra muses, “you are not in the world; the world is in you”.

In Life Coaching, we start with the fundamental questions: “What do you want?" and "Why is it important to you?” We make many choices every day. Some support our vision and some sabotage it.
