About Me
Hi. I'm Laura Mansfield, business consultant and life coach for female entrepreneurs. Thank you for "stopping by."
Though I don't know you, I know what you're going through. You see, I've been there. Before I started my coaching practice, I built and sold a 6-figure business in a highly competitive industry (home health care.)
I've been through the ups and the downs of entrepreneurship; stiff competition, employee issues, cash flow challenges and work-life juggling. I've sweated the future of my company and felt the isolation that can accompany being an entrepreneur.
Through it all, I was determined to figure out how to craft a successful business and a rewarding life. And I did. Now I help dedicated female entrepreneurs do the same.

My BS in Accounting laid the foundation for a prolific 15+ year career in corporate America. My expertise spans every key function including finance and accounting, budgeting and planning, marketing, IT and human resources.
My corporate background helped me create a systematic approach to business-building; an approach which gave my business a solid foundation and a competitive edge. That's the approach I share with my clients. It works!

I'm focused on your definition of success. Whether you want to increase revenue, build a team you can depend on, get your back office running smoothly, or "get a grip" before you burn out, I succeed when you do.
