I have worked with the senior population for the last 12 years providing social services and clinical support. Taking care of our parents is a unique season in life, especially when there are challenges with siblings that change the family dynamic.

I am a firm believer in keeping harmony between my attitude and actions with my value and beliefs while living an intentional life.
