About Me

I am uniquely prepared to assist leaders in today's VUCA world amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
I integrate my experiences from 20 years of military service, healthcare, business, leadership development, training, well-being, and resiliency with my advanced education and training in leadership, coaching, optimal performance, organization development, healthcare, neuroscience, and evidence-based Eastern traditions to bring transformational value to my clients.

My specialty is working with people in high-burnout professions.
I am passionate about addressing burnout and assisting others make the discoveries and changes needed to be happy and at peak-performance. I work in a trauma-informed way to meet the needs and goals of people and organizations that are in the business of making decisions that affect the health, safety, and survival of others .

I have a special interest in serving marginalized people. I have experience as an LGBTQ mother and a deep desire to help LGBTQ and BIPOC people live to their fullest potential. I love to support LGBTQ families. Additionally, I have unique experience in unconscious bias training and developing inclusive leaders.
