About Me

Little Life Steps with Laura.

I am a caring and encouraging person who has come through extremely difficult situations and come out better. From personal experience with bipolar and abuse and illness, I get that a person can go into survival mode. I want to help others who are stuck or struggling to move past difficult things too, and get beyond survival mode.

I am Christian, and believe spiritual health is important to overall well-being, but I am professional with this as well, knowing everyone is on a different journey.

I am a certified life coach. I have studied life coaching, wellness coaching, financial coaching, and spiritual coaching. I am confident I can help people in these areas as I have those in my personal life for most my life. I am already getting so much positive feedback from those I have started coaching.
