About Me

My background
A former Director in a global award-winning public affairs and strategic communications agency, I have managed teams, held budget responsibility and serviced A-list clients across a wide range of industry sectors such as ICT, healthcare, chemicals, renewable energy, gas, construction, automotive, insurance, services, packaging, telecoms, pay-TV, and retail.. And I'm used to working with people virtually when they're based in the US, India, the Arab world, China or elsewhere in Europe.

Over the past 14 years, I have also had a taste of working for national government, a European NGO, the corporate world and a European trade association. This enables me to bring to the table a unique mix of management, communications and coaching skills to help you achieve your goals.

I have a degree in Russian studies from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies (UCL) in London, a Master’s degree in Communication Policy studies from City University, and another Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Central England. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.

In 2011, I completed the Core Curriculum in Co-Active coaching with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and I am a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I am also trained to use the Team Dynamics Assessment tools. In addition, I am an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as a member of the ICF’s Belgian chapter.

My vision of coaching
I decided to be a coach because I believe that everyone has a range of talents that can bring great value to their business and the community. It's a matter of tuning into them. This is what's so exciting about working with individuals and teams, the magic of re-discovering talent and diversity and letting it shine!
