About Me

Hi, Lashonda here! If you are a lot like me, you were born into a family or environment where you were given the so-called roadmap for life. You were told to follow this "map of life" all the way until you reached death. Alongside this we were given the tools to help us get there.

These tools consist of you:

Doing what your told
Never asking questions and...
Fitting into society

You were told to go to school, get a good job, start a family and at some point, retire then die, but we both know that there is simply more to life than that...

If you are anything like I was as some point you began to question whether or not this "road map for life" is one that you should be "following" or one that you should be "leading", it is my belief that we gain the most benefit from leading while at the same time knowing when to follow. When we can become conscious of this we can then allow ourself to move our life in a more balanced and harmonious direction.

I understand that things are always easier said than done, but the truth is that I myself have had to deal with many of life's struggles that were very difficult and complex. These things consist of mental, emotional as well as physical abuse/trauma. Which I've had to face, overcome and essentially heal from.

It is truly because of my allowing to tune into the nature of my own life and experiences that I have been able to realign with my own spiritual divine essence which has led me not only on a path towards healing but also helping and teaching others.

The number one reason and why I do what I do is simply because when I look at you I see myself, and as I like to say.. "I cant heal the world but I can help those who wish to be healed."
