About Me

Hello...and welcome to Lara Haas Coaching, LLC-Fostering Flourishing Families! I offer life, parent, and relationship coaching for all ages (youth, adolescents, and adults). With over 25 years of experience helping young people and families live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives, I'm excited to work with you.

I hold multiple teaching certifications, am a licensed masters level social worker, and a certified positive psychology coach. I'd love to partner with you to help with your concerns including school, work, relationships, parenting skills, sibling rivalry, youth development, transitions, social skills, confidence/self-image, identity, multicultural themes, coping skills, anxiety, depression, (dis)ability, and more.

Framing our work within a positive psychology philosophy provides us the opportunity to develop a growth mindset, explore your strengths, build on your positive emotions, and maintain a can-do attitude. Your new motivation and desire for change will drive your learning as we work together in a nonjudgmental, empathic, and trusting collaboration. You will develop the confidence necessary to take new risks and challenge yourself to live a more meaningful life.

I am happy to meet in person if you're in the St. Louis area and otherwise online over zoom. Flexible configurations are available depending on your needs, including individuals, pairs, or groups. The length of your session is also flexible dependent on need and appropriateness. I offer a number of different packages and accept payment by cash, check, and PayPal.
