After a successful corporate career, I entered the health and fitness industry in my 30s. First, by training as a Personal Trainer, then again as a Certified Nutritionist.
Since then, I have continued by education in this fast-paced industry, keeping up with the latest research and exploring non-diet and intuitive eating approaches so that my clients have the very best coaching techniques available to them.
I understand the pressures of corporate life, and I know how confusing it can be to make sense of the mixed messages put out by the media and wellness gurus when it comes to the 'healthiest' diets, the 'best' superfoods or 'weight-loss secrets'.
My experience and qualifications allow me to help you cut through the BS and find a way that works for you, so that you don't have to sign up to the latest miracle diet but find a healthy lifestyle that works around you and your responsibilities, preferences and commitments.
The COVID pandemic has changed the way that we live and work, and I will help you to embrace and adapt to these changes so that you can find the healthy lifestyle that works best for you.

In the beginning, I have to say that I was a hopeless binge eater. I would eat healthily, I love good food and my meals were not an issue but the snacking!! As a business owner, I'm able to control all aspects of my lifestyle but I just couldn't manage my own health and fitness. I found it so difficult to resist chocolate, cakes, sweets...you name it. And once I started, that was it. I didn't really try anything other than willpower and it failed me. I didnt hesitate when Lamorna opened up spaces in her coaching schedule to take on new clients. I found the process very interesting. It really made me think more about what I was eating and where my food issues come from. Her help has been amazing. These days I have adopted a more relaxed approach to food and I can think before I binge. My food choices are healthier, I'm a lot fitter and the stress that I used to feel about cooking and exercise is nearly zero! Go ahead if youre thinking of getting coaching. I can highly recommend her lovely calming manner. Shes a gentle, warm person who helps you to dig deeper and focus. Clearly a magician and a genuinely lovely person!

Before I started coaching with Lamorna, I felt lost and overwhelmed with things particularly around weight management.
