About Me

Hi, I am Lakshmi. I am a Master coach, IFS information therapist and a registered pharmacist.

Why I want to coach,

I have seen students who struggle with confidence, managing time, procrastination, and inner criticism. New Leaders or new businesses who struggle to lead in times of chaos, having difficulty to delegate, difficulty to prioritize, or organize and to hold the team together. I have seen people (moms, and dads) who work more than one job, struggling to balance life and career.

I wanted to coach those people to be confident, to lead, and to balance, stop procrastinating, stop inner criticism etc.

How do I do it?

As a Coach and therapist, I will explore parts of you that are accountable for low self confidence, parts that are struggling in times of challenges, parts that are procrastinating, or responsible for inner criticism. (some of the parts may be very young parts that have been deeply hurt)

What will I do?

As I explore the parts with you, (manager and fire fighter parts) I will make you understand what the part is trying to do, and what it's trying to accomplish by doing so. Once you understand, we will explore the part that is protecting, (called as exile part). Unbarden that part, and heal that part. So that yourself can be more confident, lead, manage.
