About Me

Hello I am LaKisha, the CEO and Founder of She Arrived, an organization dedicated to empowering women through life transitions, recovery, and personal growth. As a U.S. Military Veteran with a diverse career background, I understand firsthand the challenges of starting over, whether in civilian life, a new career, or navigating personal struggles.

My passion for helping others stems from my own journey of self-discovery after military service and career shifts, and my desire to provide support to women facing similar challenges. With a Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Life Coaching, Certified Graduate-Level Life Coach, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern, and Ordained Minister, I bring a unique blend of practical life coaching, wellness guidance, spiritual and intuitive insights to my work.

I offer ALL women a safe space to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward creating lives of purpose and fulfillment. My work focuses on women in recovery, those reentering the workforce, veterans, and individuals navigating significant life changes. By offering mindset coaching, career development, and holistic wellness strategies, my goal is to empower women to embrace their journey, regain clarity, and build confidence as they move forward.
