About Me

At the heart of my coaching approach is a belief in the incredible potential within every individual. I see coaching as a partnership where we work together to unlock that potential, set meaningful goals, and create actionable plans to achieve them. My philosophy is rooted in a few key principles:

1. Holistic Perspective: I believe that personal and professional growth are interconnected. We can’t compartmentalize our lives; therefore, my coaching takes into account your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I encourage clients to explore all facets of their life to find balance and fulfillment.

2. Empowerment through Self-Discovery: My role as a coach is not to give you all the answers but to facilitate your journey of self-discovery. I ask thought-provoking questions that help you clarify your values, beliefs, and desires. This self-awareness is the foundation for authentic decision-making and sustainable change.

3. Action-Oriented Approach: I’m a firm believer that knowledge without action is just potential. Together, we’ll create a tailored action plan that breaks down your goals into manageable steps. I support you in staying accountable and adjusting your strategies as needed, ensuring progress and momentum.

As for my background, I’ve always been passionate about helping others. I have trained as a Neurofeedback practitioner and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner. These modalities enrich my coaching practice, allowing me to offer a more comprehensive approach that integrates brain training and effective communication techniques.
