Personally, I never did a coaching so I did not know what to expect. The coaching I received really gave me a deep understanding of how I live my life. Also, he asked me questions, I never asked myself which then help me to realized, why I left my life the way I do. I am very family oriented personality. And Im living my life like that. Well as a wife, stay at home mom and home business owner, I was feeling pretty angry, restless and helpless. I was at the end of my roll. Then I had my first session with Ladislav and I felt hopeful again. Had I did it on my own, I would have needed months. With Ladislav, after 2 hrs I could let the anger go.
