About Me

Hi, my name is Kyla! I'd love to get to know you better!
I've been helping women since I was a little girl. I witnessed my mom suffer from the abuse she endured as a child and always wanted her to speak her truth and fight for justice she deserves. I was also the oldest of 4 girls, in which I still wanted the best for!

At the age of 16, I became one of the youngest Acupressurists ever, helping women of all ages heal their emotional wounds and inspire them to go for their dreams.

I was named Fastest Growing Business on Vancouver Island by the BCATA when I was just 22.

I'm the published author of a book for young girls - Little Women's Guide to Personal Power.

I ran a fundraising event for 3 consecutive years with local high school. They put together a dragon boat racing team and raised money for cloth pad period kits for girls in Malawi, Africa who don't have access to clean hygiene for their cycles.

I'm now in my mid-30's, have two amazing children, and live with the man of my dreams.

I get to live my dream life by supporting and inspiring other women to break out of their boxes and reach for their dreams. Many don't even know what their dreams are, they just know that the life they're living isn't one they designed.
