I am an internationally certified Executive Coach (PCC) from International Coach Federation, USA, certified NLP master practitioner and an accomplished L&D professional with over 20 years of significant and progressive global experience across diverse industries such as IT, BFSI and ITES.
Coaching Experience -
I have over 3000 plus hours of professional coaching experience spanning over 16 Years which includes-
• 6 years of active Executive Coaching experience which included one on one coaching of senior leaders from various corporate multinational organizations such as KPMG, Accenture, E&Y, Actuatnt, HSBC, Voisin Bioscience, Care hospitals etc.
• One on One Executive Coaching of various MDs of Small & mid-size companies.
• 8 years in HSBC as a Master Certified coach. Coached 300 plus employees as a master coach.
• 3 years in GE as a Trainer and coach
Leadership Experience –
I have 15 Years of leadership experience leading large teams across geographies.
• 5 years as Co-Founder & Director of C2X, a Training & Coaching Organization leading a team of 120 senior L&D consultants across India. Worked with around 40 plus different clients.
• 8 years with HSBC in various leadership roles in the Learning and Development team lead large teams. Last assignment in HSBC was of training lead of a global function with Pan South Asia Responsibility
• 2 years in AIESEC as Vice President Programs
