About Me

Hi, My name is Kshama Singhi and I am your Happiness & Empowerment Coach. I am a successful working professional working int he Digital Health Space and also running a successful coaching business.

But a few years ago, it was not the same. On the outside I had it all - a good, well paid job which took me to different parts of the world, a well meaning husband and a beautiful daughter. But inside I was not happy. I was living but not alive. The pressure of job + home + paying the bills, yet trying to be a good wife and a good mum was killing me inside. Over time I had lost myself and I no longer knew my likes and dreams. I felt like a hamster on a wheel getting nowhere. Eventually I landed in an unwanted and painful divorce.

That was me then. My journey from then to now hasn’t been easy, but it has been one that has transformed my life and my outlook towards life.

I am now on a mission to empower individuals to transform their lives to be much happier and healthier.
