About Me

It took me time to realise my strengths are in helping people to succeed... Gosh I wish I had benefit of coaching back then ;-)

I am a Positive People Development Professional. Deputy General Manager of the Groupe Accelis Education Division and an independent Coach via my Coaching Practice “Positive Performances”, I continuously focus on the optimal functioning of individuals, teams and organisations.

During over 25 years of operational, management and corporate executive positions in international hospitality, the achievements I am the most proud of are all related to people management and organisational structuring/restructuring facilitating important business development.

My Coaching approach is 360° or multidimensional. My qualifications (education) and experience allow me to identify your core priorities in the very first session. From there we will apply some evidence based tools that will not only allow you to progress toward the change you wish to see happen but also to integrate new habits into your life and work.

We will work on developing your performance and wellbeing as well as unblocking what is holding you back.
