About Me

I’m a small-town woman with a big heart and a wild love for the world community. I'm a spiritual mystic and love exploring the psychological mountaintops and catacombs of what it means to be human.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and for 15 years I specialized in treating psychological trauma where I worked in Chicago, inner-city Detroit, Spokane, and rural Idaho.

I’ve spent my time with the downtrodden, the overlooked, and the outcast and have had the privilege in guiding them to reveal their hidden passion for life and exploring their natural healing process from the inside out.

I’ve taken what I’ve learned from my counseling practice and worked to integrate it into a powerful form of life coaching. I believe in the positive, growth-minded perspective that coaching offers and I’m excited to continue to help people evolve in their personal experience of first getting to know who they are on a soulful level and then manifesting that passion into their physical reality.
