About Me

My personal belief is that we have all the answers to our own life questions but sometimes we need someone else to witness the crystallization of our vision, help us clarify the steps of our path, and hold us accountable. My commitment as your life coach is to listen and ask questions about the way you see your journey unfolding and hold you accountable to the ways you walk your path.

My job is to reflect on the depth and beauty of your personal goals and stoke your inspiration. How I do this is by asking questions, using reflective listening, having you fill out forms, journal prompts, and calendars. In later sessions, I will evaluate your progress on goals and hold space to discuss any roadblocks and the solutions to those issues.
