I love helping people to become more effective leaders and to create and sustain positive change in their businesses and enterprises. I am a problem solver at heart, so I made a career out of it; I have spent most of the last decade applying lean, agile and six sigma change methodologies within fast moving and responsive businesses to reap the benefits of continuous improvement and statistical analysis, both saving £000,000s in costs, unleashing their innovative ideas and identifying growth opportunities and ways to explore new markets.

During this time I've had the opportunity to coach and mentor new change agents and executives to become disruptors in their own businesses and identify the strategic opportunities and forge stronger, more successful and more profitable businesses. I also coach and train professionals at all levels in leadership and how to apply KPIs and metrics effectively to measure change impact.
