About Me

I hold a Bachelors Degree in Health Science and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College. I am a US Air Force Honorably Discharged Veteran and a graduate from the United States Air Force Academy Preparatory School. I am certified in Life Coaching from the Life Coach Training Institute and certified as a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Practitioner. I have attended the Institute for Functional Medicine with a certificate of completion in Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice. I have attended the Upledger Institute and completed CS-1 Assessment of Central Nervous System and Fascia for Full Body Treatment Protocol and CS-2 Moving Beyond the Dura for Assessing Acute and Chronic Conditions. In 2023 I was accepted into the 2024 American Academy of Manual Therapy (AAMT) Fellowship Program and have started 1 year of advanced training which will certify me in Spinal Manipulation, Dry Needling, Vestibular Concussions, and earning a Diploma in Osteopractic.
