About Me

I went into business in the Greater Kansas City area in 1995 and became a Sole Proprietor in 1996, while completing the Master's of Social Welfare and a specialization in mental health. This has allowed me the experience of behavioral diagnosing, while specializing in holistic health (a natural health approach to lifestyle changes) in 2002.

After published at the American Holistic Health Association in Anaheim, California, I became a columnist and was the Holistic Health Examiner for Kansas City. That role led to my first published book, 'My Car and My Tent..Homeowning in America' and is available through Amazon and on Kindle.

With my 2nd book on the way, I am assisting in business development, primarily for Small Businesses in America. This includes safety training and I have taught classes on Nutrition, Holistic Health, an Introduction to Yoga, and currently work as a yoga therapist.

Clients enjoy developing lifestyles for prevention and working to manage pain emotionally, physically and preventing relapse. As a global citizen, I have tutored international students and have taken on a presence in the global economy.
