About Me

Are you looking for ways to feel more in tune with yourself? Are you struggling to define what you want out of life? Kolette is excited to work with you to enhance your life and assist you in achieving your personal and professional goals. She is certified as a Youth Life Resilience Coach through Youth Coaching Institute, LLC, an ICF accredited program. She specializes in working with young adults, ages 16-25. She has 16 years of experience as a mathematics public school teacher in Baltimore County, Maryland. As a teacher, she works to create a safe space for teenagers where they can be their authentic selves as they grow and mature. She guides her students as they navigate the demands of high school as well as challenges them to develop critical thinking skills as they solve complex problems not only in math, but in life. Her experience as a teacher makes her a well-informed, perceptive life coach.
Kolette has also experienced many challenges in her personal life that enhance her ability as a life coach. She has been through marital struggles and a divorce. She understands the LGBTQ experience and grows through the power of 12 step programs and fellowship.

When she is not coaching or teaching, Kolette enjoys home remodeling, exercising, traveling, shopping, reading and trying new adventures. You may even occasionally find her playing Candy Crush or Wordscapes.
