Hi. I'm Kocysha LaShaun, Founder of and Coach-Consultant with Koko's Professional Services.

I enjoy Inspiring, Encouraging, and Empowering others to reach their greatest potential, whether it be personal, professional, or spiritual. Based on my own experiences, I've found that I'm most passionate about Organized Success. This is making sure You have the right resources for the right people in the right positions.

I've observed situations of money and time being wasted due to poor communication, poor leadership, and lack of organization. This often leads to stress and frustration among staff members and high turnover rates.My purpose is to help ensure you create a work environment that Inspires, Encourages, and Empowers others to give their best which in turn helps your business grow even more.

Ministry-wise, the goal is to help Pastors and Ministry Leaders stay focused and in tune with God's vision for you and your ministry and ensure you are reaching out and serving others in and outside of the church. My heart truly breaks for new members who want more, but are still left to fend for themselves in the sense that they are encouraged to join, but not properly taught Biblical principles and how to properly apply them to their individual situations/circumstances.

Ultimately, the benefit gained from working with me as your Coach-Consultant is that you gain clarity on how and what you can do to improve your performance as well as those around you.
