About Me

As a survivor of domestic abuse, it was important for me to find a way to help other women who were struggling to find help dealing with the effects that their abusive relationships left them with. After becoming a life coach with the Universal Coaching Institute, I wanted to niche down and learn/understand exactly how trauma and stress affected our minds and bodies. With this in mind, I found the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching as well as the Arizona Trauma Institue and became a certified trauma specialist. This training helped me understand exactly what our bodies and minds go through when we are dealing with extreme stress, trauma, hurt, and low self-worth. Understanding WHAT someone is going through helped me understand HOW to help them overcome it.
