About Me

I am a holistic health coach, personal trainer, movement specialist, and emotional breakthrough coach. While I only began the certification process 3 1/2 years ago, I've been on the coaching journey for around 10 years as a lay counselor/coach. My passion was birthed out of my own health struggles. I can relate to chronic health issues, fatigue, injuries, etc. But I can also testify that the body is entirely capable of healing, regenerating, and becoming stronger and more energetic than where you are currently. I have been creating training plans since high school cross country, been a head varsity soccer coach, and done lay counseling for many years. Currently, I focus on health & wellness coaching with a personal training component.
