About Me

Welcome! I am a life coach with a coaching certificate from IAP Career College. I have an undergraduate degree in education from Ohio University and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from John Carroll University. I have worked in various helping professions for the past twenty years.

I help clients develop better relationships with themselves and with others through a balanced approach. Balance allows clients to achieve change through manageable and realistic goals rather than burning out from drastic measures (think New Year’s Resolutions). I use this approach throughout the coaching process where clients get psyched about change, cope ahead for it, take action, manage possible setbacks and sustain progress.

Clients can expect that I will be authentic, accepting, warm, respectful, supportive, committed and humorous. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy playing piano, trying new restaurants, hiking, spending time with loved ones, caring for my pets, country line dancing, watching television and laughing... mostly at myself.
