About Me

My coaching practice centers on helping individuals and couples reconnect with their authentic desires, navigate intimacy with confidence, and heal from shame-based conditioning—especially those shaped by religious or cultural purity narratives. With a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, a Certified Apprentice Sexologist designation through the American Board of Sexology (#25039), and as I complete my final semester in the University of Alberta’s Graduate Certificate in Sexual Health program, I bring both academic insight and personal experience to the complex intersections of sexuality, spirituality, and identity.

I am trained in domestic violence, childhood sexual exploitation, and sexual trauma first response and prevention, which grounds my work in safety, empathy, and survivor-centered care. As a queer, trauma-informed, and disability-inclusive sex and relationship coach, I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space for clients to explore their sexuality, improve communication, and cultivate deeper connection with themselves and others (in family relationships, friendships, and monogamous/non-monogamous partnerships).

Whether you're unpacking the effects of purity culture, exploring kink, redefining intimacy in your relationship, or learning to embrace pleasure for the first time, my work is rooted in radical acceptance, consent-based frameworks, and deep curiosity. I specialize in supporting folks from formerly high-control religious backgrounds, queer individuals, disabled clients, and anyone seeking a more liberated, empowered relationship with their body, identity, and partners.
