My name is Kim George and welcome to Whole Life Coaching. I have been helping others transform their lives for almost 25 years. My experience comes from working as an Employee Advocate for some major companies, private consulting for multiple Beauty School companies, various courses and classes, and training from The Certified Life Coach Institute.
My coaching approach is getting to the root cause of my clients’ concerns and empowering them with the tools to navigate life on their own, I coach with compassion. It involves focusing on my clients’ dreams and how they could achieve them. Instead of doling out advice, I will ask open-ended questions and listen with genuine care and concern.
The idea is to have coachees envision an ideal self (who they wish to be and what they wish to do), explore the real self (not just the gaps they need to fill but the strengths that will help them do so), set a learning agenda, and then experiment with and practice new behaviors and roles.
