About Me

I have a strong business strategy and development background with a professional career including nonprofit, government and multinational corporations. My experience includes serving as a business consultant and coach to clients such as Purolator Courier, Roger’s Chocolate, Gentille Alouette boutique and Acutoronto, Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine clinic.

I have been in the personal growth field for 10 years. For the past 7 years, my coaching focus has been new entrepreneurs and small boutique firms. I am a current member of the ICF and volunteer in IBM's Coaching Community of Practice.

I have completed three coach training programs including Coach U, New Life Inc. and Toronto's Transformational Arts College. I also hold a teaching certificate, BA and MBA in Service Management.

I believe in the power of coaching and I continue to work with a Master Certified Coach. I love coaching my clients to achieve beyond what they thought was possible. I'm blessed to have found a professional that allows me to combine my passions - human capital and business development. I find working with business visionaries to be wonderfully challenging and fulfilling.
