I highly recommend Kiki Ramsey and her coaching skills. Ive been coaching with Kiki since 2016. Ive been coached by Kiki many times, and Im always impressed with her ability to guide me clearly and concisely to a well-thought out plan of action to set and achieve my goals. Shes organized, driven, focused, creative, and brings great energy and ideas to any group or organization. Kiki is a force of nature with a wide range of coaching and leadership skills. I have always admired the strength of her character and how far she has come and persevered in her own life to get where she is now, and how much she continues to help and support others in their pursuit of their best life.

Kiki is wonderful, she is professional and incredibly skilled. Kiki walked me through some tough decisions in my business and helped me to gain better focus on curriculum for my clients. I needed to get courageous and Kiki got me there! I highly recommend her.

Kiki Ramsey has an authentic method for helping me stay accountable for my goals, quandaries, and professional aspirations. The energy she brings to each coaching session is infectious and filled with genuine support. One of Kiki's greatest strengths is her connection with individual's and frequent check-ins. Making time to send a text message or have a quick phone call is always of importance to her. Anyone who is looking to breakthrough and reconnect with their courage and forward thinking will benefit immensely from genuinely, energy infused coaching method.

To say that my coaching experience with Kiki was life changing would be an understatement. Coming out of my pocket to pursue my PhD and quitting my corporate job in an industry I had been working in for 20+ years is more than life changing. Kiki helped me to hone in on exactly what I was good at, and matched that to my purpose. The things that I'm working on and pursuing now is fun, not work. I will soon be Dr. Cole because of Kiki. I would have never dreamed of this in 100 years!

Kiki has been my coach for some time and no matter what I am facing in life I always find more success in navigating things after a coaching session with her. She is a great listener and has a kind demeanor. She always knows when I need a little push in life as well and will challenge me when I need to be challenged. With her coaching, I've been able to successfully build a business and gain confidence in managing my life and my business at the same time. Kiki was a featured speaker and leader at a women's conference I attended in 2018. In addition, I took her highly interactive workshop and found her to be a charismatic and dynamic presenter with a riveting personal story. She continually received very strong feedback from myself and the other attendees. Kiki's strong personality along with her compelling presentation skills makes her one of the most effective guest or keynote speakers. I was touched and moved to action on my own life after listening to her. On the spot, I signed up for a one-time session and was blown away by what she shared with me in one conversation. I purchased her books for myself and my mentees and learned even more about overcoming circumstances and emerging on the other side of success. Once home from the conference, I enrolled in her life coaching sessions and I, along with other women, truly enjoyed working with Kiki as she took us deep into our souls to research the real us to find our greater purpose. She is such an energized and well-organized person who is always present and, in the moment, as well as in tune with you when she coaches or is presenting. She is very observing and has a keen way of engaging with you or her audience. She is skillful on what she does as a Life and Career Coach and I truly love working with her. I had a very high-level federal government job that was overwhelmingly challenging and stressful. Kiki was able to provide guidance and increase my productivity and purpose. I began to achieve personal and professional goals such as working with the South African Health Department on HIV prevention, presenting across the country and increasing my personal business goals. I served more at church, had more time for my relationships, had better self-care and increased my time with my personal mentoring program for college women transitioning into the workforce. Kiki is that life coach who is extremely knowledgeable, positive, uplifting, well read and always on time with the correct book, conversation, set of questions or statement to turn your situation around. She helps you work on yourself. I will always be grateful for Kiki taking time with me to study me in order to take me to the next level in my life and helping me to find my purpose and pursue my dream job.
