I think the best way to describe Kidecia would be 'energy bubble'! She is oozing positivity, dynamism, determination, optimism, sweetness, gentleness and her energy is so strong that you feel it as a rainbow colored wave pushing you towards nothing short but the absolute positiveness. Make no mistake though, she will not let you be until you've reached the point where you have indeed let all of your doubts and negativity behind you and you're fully 'charged' with pure, beautiful, loving energy to assist and support you in moving towards your dream! Kidecia uses an array of creative, visualization and experiential techniques, which help you connect with your inner self, experience your core essence and achieve the state of being that will help you resolve whatever you're struggling with. She helps you to shift your perception and adopt more useful and effective ways to approach a problem, which in turn makes you feel more empowered and able to deal with it. In essence Kidecia facilitates the birth of your core beingness and in that sense I would call her a midwife of the soul.

I'm sure you know when you find the real thing... something that is authentic and organic. Yes, that was my experience with Kidecia; she is a natural in her chosen field as a coach, infusing a highly personable approach and style that in the end makes for very effective coaching and amazing results. I had an opportunity to experience Kidecia’s life coaching on a number of occasions. I have to say these were very strong and thought provoking conversations. Kidecia’s coaching is about asking the right question at a right time. She is the coach who can ask a really challenging question in a way that creates just the right atmosphere to promote the client’s resourceful thinking. For me personally coaching sessions with Kidecia were an experience of a real change to my work patterns and the way I reacted to the occurring situations. I can highly recommend Kidecia for working on both personal and professional matters.

Kidecia is a mindful coach who is serious about her work. During our time together she was able to ask the questions that I was reluctant to ask myself, mostly for lack of alternative perspective. Every session was a discovery of possibilities and sometimes even “aha” moments that allowed me to react quicker to issues than I thought was possible. Kidecia’s presence, attentiveness, and organization helped me to keep my flow of awareness going without interruption during our coaching sessions, allowing me to reach my goals.

Kidecia helped me understand myself better. I am an overachiever, which can be very stressful at times, and Kidecia helped me understand my values and priorities, and as a result I started focusing on what's truly important and what makes me happy. We did the value assessment and the visualization technique that helped me understand what I really want in life and who I really am. Kidecia also helped me take action towards my goals and tackle things that were mentally and emotionally draining. I'm talking about the things that would sit in the back of my mind and distract me from doing what I truly want (and being my best self), and also the things that I was consciously aware of, but that I was frustrated about. Kidecia did a great job helping me, providing the support I needed, helping me be creative, making sure I was in the right emotional state, challenging my beliefs and holding me accountable. Bottom line is this: Kidecia is an excellent coach. She is amazing, and trust me, after only a few minutes of talking to her, you will see what I'm talking about. She knows her stuff, no doubt, but what matters more than anything, she sincerely cares about people. Look no further.

Kidecia is an extremely bright and talented Coach. I had the privilege of getting coached by her early this year and I must say that the experience was very rewarding...Kidecia has an uncanny ability to listen beyond the spoken words and allow you the deepest insights...
