About Me

I am a former mental health therapist who left the field after having a trauma health crisis that was unhelped by typical therapeutic practices. After becoming well and healthy myself, I embarked upon training to learn all the modalities that were helpful to me. I now offer those same services to clients. I take a holistic approach to helping you heal blockages caused by trauma that are stopping you from having the life you desire. I focus on healthy spiritual development, abundant life experiences (wellness, career, success, etc), and healthy relationship development.
