About Me

Most people seek out a coach while telling themselves a story:
THE STORY OF WHY SOMETHING MUST CHANGE.
However when they are in the midst of the coaching experience, another story gradually reveals itself.
THE STORY OF WHY THINGS MUST STAY THE WAY THEY ARE.
My coaching philosophy and approach is rooted in and inspired by this utterly human phenomenon.
My coaching process synthesizes my extensive experience as an executive & performance coach and my life-long career as a theater-artist and award-winning playwright.

Story is our species' oldest technology for making meaning, finding clarity and understanding how and why things change. We are so wired for stories that we naturally, reflexively, habitually impose the order of story structure onto the chaos of our lives. And the manner in which you do that determines what you will or will not manifest for yourself during this...your one and only life.

Here's a paradox: we hate change, yet we love story...and story is nothing if not change.
There is tremendous power in this paradox. Working with me will help you harness that power to transform your life or career.
