About Me

A few facts about me:

- I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 10, but never learned how to manage it effectively, so I struggled a lot in my early career.

- I first got started in career services in 2009, initially supporting an executive resume writing department by handling customer complaints.

- I was personally trained by Wendy Enelow and Louise Kursmark, pioneers of the modern resume writing industry, and wrote the quality standards for the resume writing department.

- In 2017, I established my own brand, Career Kerry, as a solo resume writing business in Brooklyn.

- The following year, I officially sought out my CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer) credential.

- In 2021, after both my kids were diagnosed with ADHD, I imagined them struggling as much as I did in my early career, and made the decision to become an ADHD Career Coach.

- I earned my CCMC (Certified Career Management Coach) credential from The Academies for Coaching, an ICF-accredited neuroscience-backed career coaching program.

- In 2022, I received ADHD-specific training from the renowned ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA).

- What I love most about working with ADHD professionals is witnessing the amazing career (and life) transformations that can take place once they give themselves permission to pursue work they love!
