About Me

I’m Keolani (Kay-Oh-La-Nee) a Certified Professional Integrative Life Coach, Dating + Confidence Coach, and Breakup Support Coach. I have always had a passion for personal well-being. I chose this path because early on I received so much satisfaction from offering coaching type services to friends and associates. I was in Human Resources for over a decade. I’ve been in Consulting and Coaching for the last 4 years and I love what I do. I’m a fan of Dr. Pat Allen’s work on Feminine and Masculine energies. It’s very helpful in the dating and relationship world. I incorporate my interpretation of this into coaching. I have taken her courses, listened to her podcasts, and read her books and it is remarkable how much dynamics can improve.

Together, we can clarify your goals, brainstorm strategies for overcoming obstacles, and figure out your next steps towards achieving your dreams. Through support and accountability, you will have the tools you need to achieve long-lasting change in your life, career, or dating.

I can help answer questions like: I’m feeling stuck, what can I do? How do I get to work/life balance? What should I do with my life? Why am I feeling this way? How can I make real progress? This was so abrupt, how do I make sense of it, so that I can move forward?

I am a Lifelong learner and passionate about my own personal growth. I am continually participating in training and seminars as I love exposing myself to new ideas, skills, and people. I am an INFJ, Enneagram 4. I was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and now have been living in very sunny Phoenix, AZ for over a decade. Some of my loves are live music, nature, art, going for walks, vitamin sea, a cup of tea, and dance.

I believe that many people are simply a few small changes away from massive, prosperous shifts.
