About Me

After over 30 years experience in both the private and public sectors, mostly in senior leadership positions, I have had the occasion to lead many complex and challenging projects in a variety of disciplines: public service, policy, financial services, human resources, program and front-line delivery, entrepreneurship and business development.
I've had the opportunity to work with very diverse teams and to lead them through many difficult transitions. In all of this, I have learned as much (often more) from my failures than from my successes, and through these experiences I've been fortunate to have had help from some great coaches. I developed a deep appreciation for the learning and growth that challenges have afforded me. This has drawn me deeply into the profession of coaching, to the point where, today I would say that I have found my true purpose--helping leaders find a path that is right for them in the moment, and in uncovering the best next steps in their unique journey.
