My background as a Navy SEAL officer has given me a practical understanding of leadership—one learned where risk is high and good decisions matter. After leaving the service, I worked on a large tech company's global product management team and simultaneously took over operations for my family farm. My corporate and small business experience threw one aspect of military service into absolute focus: my favorite part of leading is growing and developing people. I then pivoted to leadership development and successfully supported Fortune 500 organizations in developing and assessing their leaders. This diverse background—from high-stakes military leadership to small business management to corporate environments—gives me a unique perspective that allows me to effectively support leaders facing a broad range of challenges.

Over the course of 11 years, I spent many hours with Casey discussing goals, options and the path to successfully pursue a fulfilling career in consulting.
