About Me
I have been a successful President/Ceo of multiple, nationally recognized hospitals for patients, physicians, and employees over the past 30 years, leveraging forward thinking, critical business skills, change management, strategic development, employee relations, customer services, and organizational growth.
I have extensive undergraduate experiences in psychology, a master degree in healthcare, and an advanced degree from a nationally recognized coaching program in evidenced base coaching. I have many leaders now employed in Senior Executive positions throughout the Nation.
Leaders often find themselves yearning to understand their personal 'why', asking themselves why do I find myself with the same dysfunctional outcomes, failing to be more aware of opportunities, new methods, and frustrations.
