About Me

As a professional life coach, I love helping people make new discoveries about themselves and what drives them. What I love even more is seeing those people take action steps and actually achieve the goals they set for themselves. As someone who understands the power of coaching in my own life, I’m passionate about offering the same support and guidance to others. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, and offer life coaching to anyone who feels like they’re ready to design a life they love living.

I live in Wyoming near the infamous Yellowstone National Park. I have three beautiful kids and a loving partner whom I share my life with. Even from a young age, I have loved to help people. I have helped people of all walks of life in the healthcare field and I'm so happy to bring my life skills and education to my coaching practice.

In our coaching sessions, I promise to show up empty, listen more, guide you with powerful thought provoking questions and be there to cheer you on during your successes, and help you discover your insights during your difficult times. In our coaching relationship, you have my full and undivided attention.
