About Me

My journey into becoming a coach started with my own story as a single mother. Pushing through the hardships, adversity and the emotional strain of parenting a child alone made me acutely aware of what means to feel confused and lost. After a lot of self-reflection, honesty, and forgiving myself I decided to go back to school, pursue a career in mental health and start dating again.

As a Master's Level Professional Counselor, Life Coach, Certified Parenting Journey Facilitator, and Speaker I have the experience but also the passion for people, especially women trying to find their authentic voice in the midst of caring for others. I use my education, life-experiences, and intuition in our sessions.

My coaching philosophy is deeply trenched in own my experiences in dealing with adversity. I listen deeply with my heart and deal with the elephants in the room. Life does not progress when you pretend like everything is okay and do not set realistic, action-based goals for the future. Accountability is key in any relationship. I base my coaching in helping clients establish their values, finding meaning in life and everyday experiences and learn to take care of themselves throughout the process.
