About Me

In 2012 I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Wildlife and Fisheries Management. In 2016 I went on to obtain my RYT 200-Hr in the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series with Iyengar Alignment technique from Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre in Cork City, Ireland, and in 2018  I completed my 85-Hr prenatal yoga certification from Beauty Blossom Birth in Austin, Texas. In 2023, I became a Certified Life Coach from The Certified Life Coach Institute. 

I am currently in graduate school at the University of Texas Permian Basin in order to become a state-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I am also in the process of completing Somatic Experience Certification training through Peter Levine's Trauma Healing Program. At the moment I am trained and work within the scope of practice of the Somatic Experience Intermediate I level. ​
